In the Central/East Algarve we have:-

Quarteira Market every Wednesday (touristy type)
Loule Market every Saturday (touristy type)
Tavira every 3rd Saturday (local prices)
Olhão every Saturday morning (small for locals but good prices)
Fueseta 1st Sunday of every month (great flea market for bargains)
Estoi 2nd Sunday of the month (fantastic - look for the horse trading ring where they still have horse trading by the gypsies at this market and its the biggest in the area)
Quelfes 4th Sunday not too big and a mix of new and flea market stuff

Times are mainly till just after lunch from about 8:30 to 9am

hope this helps

Lagos market is the first week of every new month at the Estadio de Lagos, from the avenida and marina walk east toward the fishing boat island and follow the hoards.
